WCCMC is located at 101 Summit Avenue in Hagerstown, Maryland at the corner of East Antietam Street and Summit Avenue in Downtown Hagerstown. We are located across the street from the Herald Mail and our office is in the lower level building of the Community Action Council- their main entrance is on Antietam Street. The entrance door to the mediation center is right on Summit Avenue. The outer door is kept open during the normal work day from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The inside door is kept locked at all times. Please ring the doorbell for admittance to the center.

Directions from Downtown Hagerstown (Potomac Street):

Continue forward on N. Potomac Street and after crossing East Washington Street (the square), make a right turn onto East Baltimore Street (two lights after E. Washington). Go forward on E. Baltimore St. and after passing the car wash on your right side of the street, make a sharp right onto Hood Street. At the top of the road, Hood St. ends. Make a right turn onto Summit Avenue. There is a laundromat on the right side of the street followed by the Herald Mail newspaper company. On the left side of the street are a series of row homes and a fire company. Immediately after the fire house is the Community Action Counsel building at the corner of East Antietam Street and Summit Avenue. If you go through the light at E. Antietam St. and pass the Dagmar, you have gone too far."

Directions from Baltimore City/Frederick, MD and areas East:

Take I-70 West and take exit 32B to Route 40 East (Dual Highway/ National Pike) which goes into Downtown Hagerstown. Dual Highway breaks after South Cleveland Avenue. At the "Y" bear right onto East Franklin Street (this is Rt. 40 E). Continue on E. Franklin Street until you get to the traffic light at the top of the hill where the road inclines up at the intersection of E. Franklin and N. Potomac Streets. Move into the left lane and turn left onto North Potomac Street (Rt. 65) and then follow directions from Downtown Hagerstown (Potomac Street)."

Directions from Frostburg and Hancock, Maryland and areas west:

Take I-70 East and take exit 32B to Route 40 East (Dual Highway/ National Pike) which goes into Downtown Hagerstown. Dual Highway breaks after South Cleveland Avenue. Directions from Chambersburg, PA and other areas Northeast off of I-81:

Take I-81 South crossing over into Hagerstown, MD. Take exit 6A off of I-81 travelling on West Washington Street (Route 40 East/ National Pike) which goes straight into Downtown Hagerstown. Continue on W. Washington Street until you get to the light at N. Potomac Street (the Square) and make a right turn onto Potomac. From there, follow directions from Downtown Hagerstown."

Directions from West Virginia and areas South from Hagerstown:

Take I-81 North and take exit 6A off of I-81 travelling on West Washington Street (Route 40 East/ National Pike) which goes straight into Downtown Hagerstown. Continue on W. Washington Street until you get to the light at N. Potomac Street (the Square) and make a right turn onto Potomac. From there, follow directions from Downtown Hagerstown.
