General Office Hours:

WCCMC has office hours Monday through Fridays from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm. All calls left on voice mail before or after normal business hours will be returned the next day that the Center is open for business."

Staff Specific Office Hours:

The schedule includes one or two listings for "Office Hours" every month.  This is an experiment.  The notion is that we'll have experienced mediators available at given times for a few hours, and you're invited to drop by to discuss whatever you'd like.  Perhaps something happened in one of your meditations that could have gone better, perhaps you have a question about what's going on at WCCMC, perhaps you'd like to have a litttle role-play experience with a part of your mediation practice that you'd like to improve.  Please stop by and test the concept!

Mediation Sessions:

Mediations are scheduled and held during the day time, early evening and weekends. During the weekdays while the Center is open, mediation are scheduled at off-site partner locations some in the Downtown Hagerstown area and also in other areas of Washington County. As we share this building with staff from the Community Action Council and to ensure confidentiality, mediations are only scheduled at WCCMC during the week days in the evening after the close of normal business hours. On weekends, most mediations will be held at WCCMC, but in the event that there are two or more scheduled at the center, additional mediation sessions will be scheduled at off-site locations to be determined by availability.
