Parking
WCCMC does not have a parking lot. There is on-street non-metered parking on Summit Avenue; however, there is no parking on Summit on street cleaning day which is on Wednedays from 9:00 am until 11:00 am. South Prospect Street (located two streets up from Summit) also has on-street non-metered parking. Parking is first come; first serve at these spots. Near the Center there is also on-street metered parking closeby on most of the local streets. There is a fee for the meters.
The Community Action Council (CAC) building does have a small parking lot located right off Antietam Street. There are only a few spots which are first come; first serve. The CAC lot is only available to clients/staff/mediators from WCCMC when the CAC is closed. During the week, the CAC lot is available after 5:00 pm, and on weekends, it is open for parking both days.
There are two parking garages in Downtown Hagerstown. There are fees for these garages. One parking garage is located on Potomac Street across the street from M&T Bank and the Washington County Visitors' Center. The other parking garage is the Arts and Entertainment Parking Deck. The parking deck is accessible from East Washington Street. Make a right-hand turn into the alley directly after the NBC 25 building. Parking in the deck is free on Saturdays and Sundays, and free on weekday evenings between 7 PM and 7 AM. On the third level of the parking garage, you can walk straight out to Potomac Street.
