Basic Mediation Training (BMT)

Prerequisites: Applicants must complete and submit a volunteer application to WCCMC and be interviewed and screened prior to be accepted into the training class. Applicants must attend one of the mandatory orientation sessions run by WCCMC. Training participants must be able to speak and write English fluently. Training participants must agree to attend all six days of the training and must be accepted as a volunteer at WCCMC prior to the first day of training. There are 16 open BMT slots- 8 to be filled by WCCMC volunteers and 8 that will be open to other mediation centers on a first-come; first-serve basis.
