The Washington County Community Mediation Center announces the appointment of Clifford Kurt to the position of Executive Director.  Mr. Kurt replaces long-time Executive Director Valerie Main, who resigned in late 2009.

Mr. Kurt comes to WCCMC following a successful 23-year career with Better Business Bureau.  He has served as president and CEO of local BBB chapters in Ohio and South Carolina, and on the management team of the Council of Better Business Bureaus in Arlington, Virginia.

Mr. Kurt's appointment is effective February 1, 2010.
