Four times a year, CMM holds a role play day, in which mediators of all experience levels will be invited to go through full 2 1/2 hour role play mediations. If you are considering going through CMM's Performance-Based Evaluation process, this is a mandatory event, to help you decide if you feel ready. CMM evaluators will give feedback following each role play. Lunch is provided.

Coaching Day is offered before each PBE. PBE applicants are required to attend a coaching day where applicants will receive in-depth  personalized feedback, and you can talk to your role play coach about whether you should try to be certified now or at a later time. You role play coach will suggest things you can do to get prepared for PBE.

Mediators who have received a basic mediation training of 40 or more hours, who have gone through an apprenticeship and who have mediatred 5 or more cases are eligible to apply. Spaces are limited so applications should be submitted by Friday, January 20th to be considered for coaching day. CMM can only evaluate 4-6 mediators at evaluation day.If you are interested in attending coaching day, contact WCCMC's center director- Jack Carpenter- to discuss next steps.
