Community Mediation Legislative Education Day
What: Volunteers and staff from around the state will educate representatives and staff that community mediation is a resource for constituents.
When: March 14, 2012 8:00am
Where: Annapolis State House, House and Senate Office Buildings
Timeline:
8am- meet in the Hall Conference Room (Room 123) in the James Senate Office Building (11 Bladen St.) for briefing.
9am- Words of Welcome from Senator John Astle, District 30
9:30am- Create a Presence in House and Senate Chambers State House
10-30am-12noon- Call on Delegates, Senators and staff
12:30pm-Meet on the State House steps for a photo then walk over together to Rams Head Tavern (33 West St.) for lunch (about $30.00).
Parking: Naval Academy Parking Lot- Taylor and Rowe Blvd).
Bring your photo ID so you can get into the buildings. And wear purple!
